working with webmatrix

I have dotnet beta ver 2, shipped with the book installed in my computer and downloaded the webmatrix but when i run the webmatrix it is giving error as application has generated an exception that could not be handled , processid =0x87c(2172), threadud=0x894(2196).
tell me what is the problem and give me solution to sove this.Hi,

Couple of quick points:
a) you really should upgrade from Beta2 to the current .Net release (since the Beta2 is over 18 months old!)

b) when exactly are you getting the error that you see? when you try to install Web Matrix? Or when you try to start Web Matrix?

c) Which version of Web Matrix are you trying to run? Did you download it from this site? Or was it with the book as well?

d) There's a web matrix group on this site. I suggest you post follow up questions to that group.
