Working with zip file

Hi and TIA! What I would like to do is upload a zip file to my virtual
directory and then decompress the file. I will then execute a DDE package
to import the large dbf file into SQL server. I have no problem uploading
the file and executing the package, but I can't seem to find anything on
decompressing the zip file. Is this possible and if so any links or
guidance is appreciated. I'm using .net 1.1, VS 2003 and using VB.Net.
